Skills Needed
LAMP (PHP 5 & 6)
Javascript (jQuery)
Ajax
HTML (HTML5), XHTML, XML, CSS (CSS3)
OOP
Zend Framework
SVN, CVS
Database Optimization and Design with code a MUST
Excellent team player and work well with others
Capacity to pick up other languages FAST if needed
Always W3C compliant coding
SEO friendly coding a must
Strong and solid documentation skills
Ability to write clean and SECURE code
Work with APIs, SOAP, REST, etc
Basic to Advance Unix Commands for System Admin functions
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and fix technical problems

Not required but a plus
Work in Cloud environment
Python, DJango, RoR a Plus but not required
Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, ActionScript
Other coding languages, front end web and graphic designer
