Circle of Moms is looking for a senior software engineer / developer excited to build out the back end of a web site which is improving the lives of millions of mothers. We are a very fast-moving startup, and the ideal candidate is someone who has experience architecting scalable systems, loves to prototype and move quickly, and knows how to build and write clean, maintainable code.

This job offers the best of both worlds: the ability to play a prominent role on a small team and gain a significant equity stake, while also working on an established product used and loved by millions of people.

You should be:
- A great coder, experienced in OOP
- Experienced working in fast-paced, iterative Internet environments
- Experienced with all sides of a web site -- you'll be focused on back-end code, but understanding of databases, Linux, and AJAX are very important in putting out a good product
- Someone with a desire to shape a product used by millions of mothers -- we have no interest in hiring people who just want to be told what to code
- Someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

We'd love it if you have:
- Experience with PHP (preferred)
- Experience developing on Facebook platform
- Experience with search, SEO
- Experience doing a/b tests (we are big fans)
- An interest in analytics (if not, we'll teach you!)
